Military Redoux

Placard reads "NY State Department of Military and Naval Affairs" 53rd Army Liason - Army National Guard. Should read "Division" rather than Department, but it could be a typical NYC gov snafu. Doubtful he is on military business, however - their offices are at 643 Park Ave.

these guys are used to walking miles to their base after parking their vehicles. so no surprise there.

Yeah, that's why people abuse their placards - to park LESS conveniently!
