this is a pretty common sight around the armory, sadly

That's why the picture is here. This web site don't care that it is military personnel that defends this country parking in a spot that they can't park in. That is what this web site is about.

hungtat - Yes, it does have an expired military placard, which means that they can't legally park here without paying the muni-meter.
