Parked at the above location.
Harbor Cop.
No water in sight except for rain.
Parked in No Parking Zone AND in the crosswalk.

No Ticket on car. Go fightin' 9th!

According to this picture he is not parked in the cross walk. It looks like he is directly across from the relay box which is not in the cross walk.

was that a no standying anytime sign? if so no placard is valid and thus parking is permitted.

sorry i meant to say parking is "NOT" permitted under the No Standing Anytime sign.

Funny how the posters focus on the car but fail to mention the illegally chained bicycle defacing public property. It is illegal to chain bicycles to sign poles in NYC and on many occasions I have seen police officers clipping these very chains. The law is being broken in this picture on so many levels and what seems to be only focused upon on this site is the motor vehicle. This is very sad and biased.
