Sorry but this is a self enforcement area for the 13th pct and anything flies within this zone. Besides there is ample room for the people to cross the street anyway. What the public needs to know is that in this area any law enforcement agent can park with impunity. It is one of the best last perks allowed by the N.Y.P.D. These areas are especially wonderful when one needs to go shopping off duty. I love my N.Y.P.D issued placard.
