That is pretty bogus though, almost an insult to one's intellegance. Definitely an insult to his intellegence.

They can park anywhere. They can even double park while delivering your mail!!! They don't like giving out tickets to Postal workers because they have to leave their name on the ticket. Get the drift

Aha! The ones at the Post Office near me are even worse. Several residents use them to park illegally 24/7. I wonder what legit ones look like.

also, i think the word should be "authorized"
plate number would be hand written
