Now I have seen everything. A official unmarked car working under the capacity of official business and with a UNRESTRICTED parking permit to boot. Hmmmmmmm, why can't the poster realize that there is nothing wrong in this picture. Will the poster have us believe that the police need to find legal parking when responding to emergencies. WAKE UP ALREADY!
Actions witnessed in this picture are perfectly legal.
At the lower left corner one can witness yet another violation of defacement of public property via the chained bike against the light pole. Why no comments about this infraction?
