What "bogus" placards are there on this block? I only have seen press and NYPD 19 pct placards both of which make sense because FOX 5 is a block away and the precinct is a block away.

Cry all you want, this is a SELF ENFORCEMENT AREA and no one outside of the NYPD will dictate who parks here. TEA agents would never dream of summonsing anyone within these area, not that I would. We just do not summons our fellow law enforcement agents. Keep in mind that the parking witnessed in this photo is perfectly legal anyway.
