Just because the placard has no license plate on it does not make it invalid. This placard would still most definitely get my courtesy.

Will -- the car in question is parked in the No Standing Zone, thus it is illegally parked. The placard's invalid anyway, since the License Plate section on the placard is blank.

But the rider stating court shows arrows going both ways. The rider supercedes the No Standing signage. Besides, why would anyone peeve off a judge???

The placard is not invalid because there is no license plate on it. Based on the signage he/she can park there.

The poster needs to take the time to read. THE SIGNAGE CLEARLY STATES NO STANDING EXCEPT AUTHORIZED VEHICLES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those authorized vehicles would be the ones which have placards on their dashes and since this car has one it is not parked illegally. I am wondering where you get your information regarding illegal placards, Lawandorder. I work in the business of traffic manipulation and I am trained in such matters, are you? What qualifies you to tell me what my job is and which placards are and are not legal. Did the city give you free parking regulation training or are you plucking information out of the air and treating it as gospel. I am betting on the latter. Please this determination to the professions and stop stirring the pot.
