It's a court officer permit. (Look at right hand sidebar near picture.) We only show the first picture, which in the case, shows (a) the no standing sign (the little red one at the top) and (b) the car.

Not sure what you're getting at, really.

Court officer permit is not real. Issued by a private organization. I consider it fraud.

All I care about is that, that worker get's home safe to his family! If he/she paid for parking he/she probably would have broken even for the day.

In the face of all this...we will be there for you in your time of need!!!!

Courtesy, professionalism, respect.....try it!

These Court Officers and other Law Enforcement Officers are paid minimal wages to put their live's at risk for us the public. Give them some slack they deserve it. When something happens whether you're in a courthouse or out on the street the first thing we look for when help is needed is the guy or gal wearing that blue uniform. Let them park wherever they want. I for one am glad they are around!!!!!

Who do we need to open these spots for? Drug dealers and their 30 inch rims?

Please....there are no public houses anywhere near the courthouse that would park there! Leave us alone and let us continue to provide a service to the community. These amateur photographers obviously have too much time on their hands and need to pitch in and help our community, not harass the hard working members of it!

Hear me roar!

I don't always agree with DOT.

But DOT went to some effort to determine that this area should be "no standing", in conjunction with also designating (some) places for judicial employees. As part of this process they routinely take numerous factors, including safety and the flow of traffic in the area.

Each time an individual determines unilaterlally that they know better and exercises their own short-sighted little veto, it undermines attempt to come up with sensible, integrated approaches to traffic and parking.

So, feel free to crack wise about "drug dealers" parking here, but one thing's for sure -- if they parked here, at least they'd get ticketed.
