Restricted permit outside SEZ at No Parking

Parking is fairly tight here, even on the weekends. So it's easy to see how it's tempting to use your restricted permit to park in a no parking area.

isnt this a no parking 7 to 7 Mon to Fri?

Nope, no parking 8 a.m to 7 p.m. except Sunday.
