88th precinct in No Parking Anytime

I met the driver and passenger coming out of the Boys Club. They were most definitely not on duty, if they were even NYPD employees. Not to mention that the 88th precinct is nowhere near east 10th st.

More imaginery information from law. What he will purposefully leave out is that the precicnt is only a few buildings down from this photo and therefore he is taking pictures well within the SELF ENFORCEMENT AREA of the 6th precinct. Looks like more wolf crying.

Am I the only one who notices the illegally chained up bike to public property. THis is the only true violation in this picture.

In this precint, officers are instructed to allow that kind of bike parking because there are so many cyclists around but so few bike racks.
