Once more for law and order, this is the SELF ENFORCEMENT AREA of the NYS Parole offices . Many agencies work hand in hand with them and therefore you will see many placards parked here from different agencies. NONE WILL BE ISSUED A SUMMONS! Please stop crying wolf for matters that you can not possibly comprehend. I work in the area and I know this from experience. If you take the time to mosey on up to 30th street you will complain about how we park our cars at our TEA facility. By your pattern, it seem you are making your way north from the village and making things up as you go along.

A permit and parked at an expired meter.. he's good to go. That's why we have permits. You know that.
