Gee, they're on "Official Business" quite a bit over here, along with the Court Officers. They can't be bothered to pay the meter.

Camera, dont even bother. Law is on his own mission to try to make up infractions as he goes along. He just does not understand the concept of a Self Enforcement Area. Furthermore, he will never understand the definition of DISCRETION AND COURTESY for our fellow law enforcemnt workers.
ONCE MORE FOR THE DEAF AND ESPECIALLY FOR LAWANDORDER........This is the SELF ENFORCEMENT AREA of the offices of NYS parole. This is why you will see placards from many agencies parked here. THEY ARE ALL ON OFFICIAL BUSINESSS. Notice the lack of summonses.....Hmmmmmm, I wonder why? Law, please try to comprehend before you post.
