Where do I even begin? This is the self enforcement area of the NYS parole office. Many agencies work hand in hand with parole and therefore you will see different agency placards here. Notice one thing and that is that there are NO summonses on these cars. WHY? because the NYS parole office allows courtesy for its fellow workers in law enforcement. No state or city issued placard means you cant park here and you risk a summons or getting towed. Thank god for my placard.
