I got news for you buddy, but the 17th Precinct is not on McGuinness Blvd in Brooklyn. Oh, and that NYCPBA card is a nice touch.

It is a nice touch. Was there a ticket on the car? I guess not.

Like I stated before, parking at hydrants is illegal! Ticket and tow!

NYPD issued placard? Still would get a free pass from most of my fellow workers. Look carefully and you will notice that there is still enough room for the hose attachments if need be via the other hydrant port. I wonder why there is no summons on the car? You guessed it, courtesy has been granted.

Knock yourself out. Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Copies of the new placards seem to come out funky looking. Trust me I have tried. I would not recommend it but if you dont mind having your car towed and spending the night in the pokey then have at it by all means. I chickened out when my copy came out looking like crap. Must be some new sort of micro paper being used.
