Where do I begin?
Where is the sign? Is it not curious that the sign is not depicted? As a traffic manipulator, I come across these quite a lot. What one finds is that the street is thatched with white lines but there is no sign. The public immediately assumes that this is a NO PARKING area even though this is not the case. Without a sign present there is no parking violation and no summons to be issued. I am guessing this is the case since Law has a track record for omittingthe facts and manipulating the truth. In the off chance that he forgot to take the picture with the sign in it(highly doubt it), it is safe to say that in a no parking area a city placard is still good which one can evidently see via the lack of a summons issued. In either case courtesy would be granted. This is a point that seems to thoroughly irk Mr, Law.

I am not surprised at anything the 19th precinct does since it has a corrupt commander who thinks cops are above the law.
