Repeat Offender:NY Press Abusing Placard (Expired)

NYP parking for more than 3 hours in a NO PARKING zone around the corner from the studio, not actively covering a news story at the location of the news assigment and not in the dedicated NYP zone across the street.

Permit expired 12/06. how is it "not yet specified" if it's legal?

This person has an expired placard which is like having a sheet of toilet paper on the daah.
Even with a valid placard, it does not permit all day parking near the studio. The placard only allows parking in a NYP zone or at the location of a news story for three hours. This is illegal and defeats the purpose of the signage intended to faciltate traffic flow on a bus street.
