UFA placards are recognized by the TEA and the NYPD. No summons will ever be issued. GET USED TO IT!

It is parked in the SEZ of the fire house that is on the corner. It is in our contract to have a area for parking. The city used to by land to meet this requirement. Someone had the brilliant idea of assigning us street parking in order to save money. That is where the SEZ comes in. Would you rather the city use eminent domain to build us these parking lots? Just think of all of the police, fire, and ems stations in Manhattan. With the current real estate market it will cost millions just to buy the land and thousands more to build the parking lot. Now multiply that by each station in manhattan. The cost would be in the billions of dollars. This is for manhattan only. So which would you rather have our SEZ or the city spending billions of dollars for parking lots?
