Hmm, let's see what we have here:
* a forged 9th Precinct Restricted placard
* not even in the so-called self-enforcement zone
* parked in a No Parking Anytime Zone
* a bogus church "permit" on top of the forged NYPD placard
oh, and the stuffed animal on top was a nice touch.
Better get to confession.

I'm sorry but how could you possibly know the placard is forged?

What a load of dribble. An NYPD parking permit is good at any precinct......PERIOD! The 19th precinct officer is still an office in the confines of the 6th precinct. This post smells of desperation. What the poster failed to mention is that this is the self enforcement area of the 6th precinct which happens to be just a few doors down from where this photo was snapped. I love how the poster chose the opposite angle away from the precinct to take the picture.
The placard is real which is evident by the lack of a summons.

Will -- because I've seen a LOT of NYPD restricted placards.... and on this one, the font is wrong.

I just love how Lawandorder ignores the fact that he has been busted manipulating pictures. Why will he not explain that in this photo the precinct is only doors away from this bogus violation. This is well within the Self Enforcement area of the 6th precinct and being such the placard is LEGIT! It is funny how he now considers himself a parking permit expert even though he never had the privilege of owning a placard or the chance to physically handle one. He is an outside spectator looking in and therefore is forced to pluck facts out of thin air in order to bolster his erroneous claims to fit his agenda. How sad.
