Taking pictures of illegally parked vehicles owned or driven by armed individuals who are in a position to seriously mess with your life is an INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. Posting these pictures to a website run by people who plan to aggressively use those pictures and your comments about them to make those same armed individuals stop parking illegally is EVEN MORE DANGEROUS.

We like to think that police, firemen, court officers and other government workers who park illegally will behave like reasonable adults if they see you taking pictures of their cars. Likewise, we'd hope that they would react calmly and maturely once they learn that you have posted these pictures to a website that publicizes their illegal parking and aggressively brings their behavior to the attention of their supervisors and others.

However, there is nothing we can do to guarantee your safety. While we will take certain steps to protect your identity (see our Privacy Policy), despite our efforts, the targets of your complaints may discover who you are and may retaliate against you. This retaliation could be physical, legal, administrative, psychological or economic.

You should be aware that:

If you are the victim of retaliation we will be very upset, but we may or may not help you, as we see fit. We are especially unlikely to help you if you unnecessarily provoked someone.

We may change this agreement from time to time. When we do this, the revised agreement will be posted at this same web page.
