Has the 28th Pct moved and gotten juice?
34 Avenue A 10009, Manhattan. Observed by gottaservesomebody on Tue, Jun 02 2009
Car is at a meter, unpaid, at 34 Avenue A, East Village. Funny because the unmarked towers and truck show up to tow him and he and all his buddies run out to show juice. They don't tow!!!
Unpaid tickets and illegally displayed placard and DRUNK. They let him walk.
Can this even be 'splained, Lucy?
128 East 4th street, Manhattan. Observed by gottaservesomebody on Wed, Jul 11 2007
expired meter. Regularly parked on east 4th street between. WHY would a corrections person even get a permit?
The mayor is considering congestion pricing but it would not be necessary if he had the testicles to take all the permits away.
