Overstayed His Welcome

This guy got a permit good for parking in Central Park for one day, February 23, 2007, but is continuing to use it a week later on Park Drive East.
Invented Parking

Although there are several empty perpendicular parking spaces reserved for other NYPD placard holders nearby, this guy apparently is not allowed to park in them. So he decided to extend the perpendicular parking scheme beyond the portion of the street that is marked for it, by parking half on the street, half on the sidewalk. I guess hopping the curb is one reason to drive an SUV in the city . . .
