By registering for this website, you agree to these terms of service, the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.

“We,” means Transportation Alternatives, Inc. and other cooperating organizations, including any of our board members, cooperating attorneys, employees or volunteers.

“You,” means you, your personal representatives and next of kin.

We're going to call the text and photographs you provide “content.”

Use of This Site

You can use this site until we ask you to stop.   We can delete your account, remove the content you create, or block you from accessing this website, for any reason or for no reason at all.   However, there are some things that are especially likely to make this happen, such as:

While we certainly hope to use the content you provide to promote our goal of reducing parking permit abuse, we're not even promising to do that.

The purpose of this site is for you to provide content to us, which we plan to use in various ways to get government employees to stop parking illegally and stop misusing their parking permits.   

You retain full ownership of the copyright in the content you provide to us through this website.   HOWEVER, by posting content to this website you grant us, at no charge, the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to reproduce, perform, display, distribute and create derivative works from your content, for any purpose, in any media that now exists or exists in the future.   You also grant us the right to designate others who will have these same rights.

In other words, you agree to let us do whatever we feel like doing with the content you provide, forever, and we can let other people do whatever they feel like doing with it.   You, too, can continue to do whatever you want with your content.
